MEDICAL EDUCATION THRU MY EYES.

HELLO DEAR FRIENDS,here i go with my view about medical students and pg doctors too about their academic and social condition,to start the topic i would like 2 start from comparison,in between us and white people,canada is the only country in world providing best medical education and basically every citizen is having health insurance covered by govt,to my knowledge,europe is the best place and then comes u.s.and australia etc. for medical education.we are not in the qualifying list,shame on top to bottom involved with this management of medical education system,we do have 36000 mbbs seats in india and i think 25 percent go for pg and rest do get timepass or whatever under name of phc and blah blah,do not the guys working under phcs do not have ambitions as do have a pg holder,but due to frustration or family problems only for money they go in those services,question of medical education qualities is better not to be mentioned here,i do not understand the sick mentality of people,they do not want to pay attention to quality of education being delievered to students but they are much interested in ragging hoti hain kya?what the hell is this yaar?one more thing i want to mention is how come private medical colleges get ug and pg seats so early and whereas govt colleges having deficient doctors do not get pg seats for years,every private medical college opens with ug and pg seats simultaneously,why does not this happen to govt colleges?very great politicians and bureaucrates who run the hospitals,their children and wives do not get admitted to govt hospitals when they fall ill,their wives want to get delievered in 5 star hospitals but they are not ready to get admitted in the institutions run by state,better do resign and give me an opportunity and see the change,all the ministers do run private medical colleges,now the status of ug seats is 25 to 30 lakhs in those colleges,i do not know whether students passed in those institutions know how to give injection,leavit,they are not my enemies,their parent have earned that much money so obviously they will try to make their kid a good doctor,hehehe,good doctor,we hear this term very rare now a days,truth is doctors are becoming more practical cause of increased globalisation,long eduction period,lack of pg seats,whats the necessity of mbbs being 5 and half years?no minister controlling my education has that long degree duration,then why the hell are you playing with us,honestly mbbs could be finished in 4 and half years,no students are taken into consideration while making syllabus and degree duration,so sick and we too do not want to come on the streets cause we are afraid of coming on streets and what if someone fails ,no mbbs doctor could change world if he passes mbbs in 1st attempt infact change makers are always backbenchers.lets come to our district hospitals,there you get only haemogram,lft,kft,urine microscopy and minor tests,most of the district hospitals do not have ct and mri facility,they do not have that coz the force controlling these things is so hopeless,what to say?come to drugs and reasearch and developement,now we are 100 billion people here in india but still our nation can not produce prosthetic valves,is this not a shame?except pune mumbai, complicated surgeries are not done,why do you conduct the things you can not satisfy the countrymen with?now they have announced a countrywide common entrance test for pg students mhanje tond daabun bukkyancha maar,tyaat reservation pan aala are mag kaay karaycha openwalyaani?all this makes me numb and suuuuuuuuuunnnnnnn,i dont know how much are interested to make and look after a change but i promise to my young generation,if i become an IAS officer i will surely fight for things i mentioned above,we should not wait for god to come and save us and our nation,thats not his business,its mur business,there is a vary nice dialogue in movie YUVA,when ajay dewgan and his friends do fail in exam ,they do stand in corridor of college building and then there comes their mam,she says FIRSE FAIL?YOU KNOW WHEN I WAS OF YOURS AGE I WAS UNIVERSITY TOPPER,to her answar comes a genuine line,MAAM YOU WERE TOPPER ,PAR USSE DUNIYA TO NAHIN BADLI NA?thats it,lets hope for a change and good people to come forward.
